FROM: CHAIRPERSON, SALARIES AND REMUNERATION COMMISSION

TO: ALL PARTNERS AND STAKEHOLDERS

DATE: Thursday, 19 March 2020

Due to the Executive Order No. 2 of 2020 issued by H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta, which addresses the National Emergency and Response Committee efforts on the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) has initiated steps to limit social contact with its partners and stakeholders, in line with the directive.

Recognizing the need to protect the Commissioners and Secretariat staff of the SRC, as well as our partners, stakeholders and members of the public from infection, and to prevent the spread of thedisease, the SRC hereby conveys the following:

  1. In adherence to the directive, Commissioners and Secretariat staff of the SRC are working from home. However, SRC has retained a skeleton team of staff to work in the office to address any critical emerging issue.
  2. As much as possible, letters, submissions and correspondences to the Commission should be scanned and emailed to: info@src.go.ke.
  3. Stakeholders are further urged to access the SRC Website for the latest or updated information, as well as for correspondences. The relevant links are:
    a) Submit your enquiry through: https://src.go.ke/contacts/
    b) Submit feedback from the stakeholders through: https://src.go.ke/ourstakeholders/feedback-from-stakeholders/
    c) Submit request for partnership through: https://src.go.ke/our-stakeholders/partner-with-us/
  4. Stakeholders are also encouraged to use the “Inbox” section of the SRC social media platforms:
