These Privacy Policies stated below become effective when the user accesses this site for the first time and constitute a binding agreement between The Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) and/ or its subsidiaries or affiliates, as the case may be and the user.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.

Unauthorised use of SRC web sites and systems including but not limited to unauthorised entry into SRC systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on a site is strictly prohibited.  Your eligibility for particular services is subject to final determination by SRC.

If You Send Us Personal Information

We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than to respond to your request. The only personal information that we collect is what you decide to give us by web chatting with us or subscribing to our email subscription services.
