If a service can be delivered in minutes, it should not take weeks. We must embrace innovation, challenge outdated practices, and pursue reforms that enhance efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness across the public sector. By leveraging technology and adopting more effective ways of working, we can improve service delivery and create greater value for citizens.
Achieving meaningful reform requires collective effort and commitment from all stakeholders. I extend my appreciation to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC), the organising committee, and all our partners for their dedication and support in making this initiative a success. Together, we can drive productivity and build a more effective public service.
