SRC Conducts Job Evaluation Clinics

Bringing collaboration into the digital space, the Job Evaluation and Salary Structures Department convened virtual Job Evaluation Clinics on 30 April 2026 with the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation, the National Council for Population and Development, and the Wildlife Research and Training Institute, advancing ongoing efforts to strengthen organisational structures and promote equitable remuneration frameworks across public institutions. The interactive session provided a practical platform for technical guidance, peer learning, and clarification of job evaluation processes, ensuring that institutional mandates are accurately reflected within grading structures.
