Set against the tranquil backdrop of Naivasha, the Inter-Agency National Productivity and Performance Conference Awards Committee, led by Commissioners Leonid Ashindu and Aden Mohammed, convened a focused retreat from 27 to 30 April 2026. The meeting brought together institutional leaders united by a shared ambition to redefine excellence in public service delivery. The retreat served as both a strategy laboratory and a collaborative think-space, where members refined award frameworks, strengthened evaluation standards, and aligned recognition mechanisms with national productivity priorities. Through vibrant dialogue, collective reflection, and forward-looking planning, the engagement reinforced the awards as a catalyst for innovation, accountability, and a performance-driven culture across the public service.
