SRC Develops its Third Strategic Plan

The Third Commission held a second retreat in Naivasha from 26 to 30 May 2025 to develop its third Strategic Plan for the period 2025/2026 to 2030/2031. The sessions reviewed the vision, mission, core values, and motto, as well as developed Key Result Areas that will drive SRC’s focus into the future. SRC is also engaging external stakeholders to secure their input.
