The Third Commission held a second retreat in Naivasha from 26 to 30 May 2025 to develop its third Strategic Plan for the period 2025/2026 to 2030/2031. The sessions reviewed the vision, mission, core values, and motto, as well as developed Key Result Areas that will drive SRC’s focus into the future.
