SRC Conducts Job Evaluation Clinics

SRC’s Job Evaluation and Salary Structures team conducted a job evaluation (JE) clinic for the Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency (CRVWWDA), providing an important platform for clarification on their JE results. Held virtually on 13 May 2025, as part of the ongoing engagement and feedback process, the JE clinic addressed queries and concerns raised by CRVWWDA regarding the outcome of the evaluation. This initiative reinforced the commitment to fair and objective job assessments, while promoting open communication with stakeholders.
